The Students' accompaniment

The path from high school to higher education, then from higher education to the Company is a delicate period during which Handisup can support you.

The accompaniment consisting of:

• A warm welcome and regular support during the course of your studies, if you encounter any problems concerning integration into the program we offer individual interviews, help with analysis of exam results and reorientation support.

• A “coaching” service or orientation assessment concerning your academic direction or professional projects.

The purpose is to set up experiences in a company during your studies by activating our companies’ network.

► Develop your work experience

Internship: HANDISUP will help you find a business and resolve any difficulties you might experience during your internship implementation (accessibility, transport, accommodation, etc.). It consists of mandatory internships included in the course.

Sponsorship: A sponsorship is offered to you if you wish to discover a job or professional field. A staff member of a certain business will agree to meet you, once a month on average, so that you can discover the business, different jobs and discuss your professional aspirations. A sponsorship agreement is signed between the sponsor, HANDISUP, and yourself

Business Visits: For some students, a sponsorship represents a heavy devotion of their time; however some still feels the need to discover business environment. In order to satisfy these wishes, HANDISUP offers business visits and interviews about different jobs.

Summer jobs: HANDISUP will help you with summer employment research by calling on their businesses’ network.

Alternation jobs or employment contracts: You will be put in connection with companies liable to hire you.

Additionally, HANDISUP offers individual or collective training concerning different internship or employment research methods (CV, letter of motivation, interviews, and knowledge about the business). This allows you to feel as comfortable as possible and to tackle the subject of disabilities in different businesses.
